“WanderRock”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WanderRock LLC, a California limited liability company, registered California seller of travel CST 2142228, of 2443 Fillmore St. #380-2362, San Francisco, CA 94115. “You” means the person using the site.
These terms do not govern your trip
These are website terms only. If you book a trip with us, your booking is governed by the Booking Agreement, which contains important provisions including an assumption of risk, a release and limitation of liability, and an agreement to resolve disputes by binding arbitration with a 30-day opt-out. Where these website terms and the Booking Agreement conflict, the Booking Agreement governs your booking.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The content on this site
The content of these pages is for general information and use only, and is subject to change without notice. Itineraries, prices, dates, availability and inclusions are indicative until confirmed in writing as part of a booking.
We do not warrant that the information on this site is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that it may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we exclude liability for those to the fullest extent the law permits. It is your responsibility to check that anything offered through this site meets your requirements.
Intellectual property
This website and its design, layout, text, graphics and photographs are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or exploit any part of the site commercially without our written permission. Trademarks shown that are not ours are acknowledged as belonging to their owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data from it by automated means, or to submit anything false, abusive or unlawful. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
This clause applies to your use of the website. It does not limit our obligations to you as a traveler, which are set out in the Booking Agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.
Suspension
We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of this site at any time, without notice and without liability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any such dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you have booked a trip, disputes relating to that booking are subject to the arbitration provisions in the Booking Agreement instead.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us in relation to your use of this website.
