"What are the options to have a high school or college aged student step off the treadmill to build some basic foundational/healthy life and coping skills and reassess direction?

Is there a program that supports these skills? It needs some structure but it also needs to be supportive with flexibility and understanding built in for a student who is a talented and bright kid in many areas, but struggles socially and can sometimes struggle with anxiety/depression.

We need a program that will allow them to make some friends and build their self esteem."
